An eco cottage in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor (Full-time) with qualification as below :
- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Bachelor’s degree in management or related field
- Job Types: Full-time, Contract
- Education: S1 (Preferred)
- Experience: Restaurant Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front-end operations
- Manage restaurant staff to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure all customers are greeted and welcomed in a friendly manner and their questions are answered as required
- Ensure restaurant staff are maintaining a professional appearance, demeanor and attitude at all times
- Oversee restaurant staff ensuring optimal customer service is provided at all times
- Maintain a beautiful display arranged of food served
- Gather customer’s feedback to improve services
- Generate restaurant reports daily/weekly/monthly
- Monitor inventory and ensure that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
