A startup manufacturing brand in Umalas, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Cook (Full-time) with qualification as below:
- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to follow instructions clearly to achieve desired results
- Sound knowledge of cooking methods and techniques
- Familiar with cooking various American dishes
- Comprehension and organization to follow direct orders and recipes and to correctly prepare dishes to the company standards
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Job Type: Full-time
- Experience: 2 years as a Cook (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare high-quality meals and food items
- Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
- Store excess food at the correct temperature in order to avoid spoilage
- Ensure that food portions and food presentation meet company standards
- Monitor supplies and re-ordering stock as needed
- Ensure that cooking utensils are clean before each use
- Clean and sterilize food preparation areas
- Ensure that food orders are completed in a timely manner
- Efficiently resolve problems with customers’ orders
- Ensure that food health and safety regulations are followed
